About / Bio
I am a psychologist, licensed in Massachusetts (#PSY10491) and practicing since 2005 (in OH, AZ, and MA). I received my Doctorate of Psychology in Clinical Psychology (PsyD) from the Arizona School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University in 2004. I feel fortunate to have provided services in a wide variety of settings, including university counseling centers, community mental health centers, skilled nursing homes, correctional institutions, and integrative behavioral health settings.
I am trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, which I’ve found to be a profoundly life-changing modality – but I also enjoy using elements of mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral therapy, attachment theory, polyvagal theory, and client-centered therapies.
