Ergonomical Office Furniture
Highly Adjustable Seating
Chairs that you can easily but radically can change are viewed as first step in ergonomic approach to work posture and flexibility. Chairs should be capable to alter by adjusting seat pan depth, back height and angle, seat pitch, and arm height.
Sit/Stand Desk
Seating adjustments can be challenging and have limited in ergonomic benefit. The more you get up and walk around in an office the better. The sit down stand up desk is easy to adjust by pressing one lever. The desk height varies from 29″ to 48″ and rises in increments.
Desk top Monitor and keyboard Riser
Office space can be tight and one does not have the area to accommodate a separate height adjustable desk. A height adjustable platform that rests on top of an existing desk is a good solution. Some are wide enough to accommodate 2 monitors. This gives the end user the ergonomic benefits of SIT/STAND flexibility.

I enjoy the article
me as well
It really helped when you explained about this chair. My boss needs suggestion as to the kind of chairs and tables should we replace with the old ones. Maybe I could print this out and advise him that a highly adjustable seating could help our employees with our postures.

when in this technological globe the whole thing is
accessible on net?
We all don’t get access when we need it
